Bill Haaf, our resident Federal job search consultant, is a graduate of Princeton University. Bill spent fifteen years in the Federal service working for three agencies as an internal management consultant restructuring organizations and processes and as an office automation expert. His activities in the Federal government included working closely with personnel offices in developing new organizations and positions and writing new position descriptions.

Bill left Federal employment to establish his own job search consulting firm that for more than a decade has provided services to clients both in the Washington, D.C. area and from across the country. He has helped countless individuals organize Federal job searches and prepare Federal employment applications and résumés.
